I was responsible for taking and distributing production meeting notes for our MainStage Productions.
Google Calendars
At Oklahoma City University we use Google Calendars for all of our productions. We make over 10 production calendars per school year.
Major Dates
Audition Information
I facilitated all auditions for the School of Theatre and Music at OCU. That included updating audition procedures, creating forms, scheduling stage managers, posting all audition/callback materials, and being the point of contact for auditions and stage managers
Contracts
At Oklahoma City University we contract out directors and designers for some of our shows. We create contracts that comply with their union (SDC/USA).
Scenic Gantt Charts
In order to track the shows in our multiple spaces, we create Gantt charts to see the bigger picture of deadlines and timeline.
